Born in 1968 in Nashville, Tennessee, Craig Chesler already was getting musical vibes through the womb.
Since he was 10 years old, Craig has been playing guitar from DeKalb, IL to Iowa City, IA, San Jose, CA to Seattle, WA, and finally New York City. He has done solo gigs around the city and strums a mean rhythm guitar for the high revin rockabilly band, fellow DeKalber, Tom Clark and his High Action Boys. His solo venues have brought him to the Side Walk Cafe and CBGB's in the East Village, NYC. With Tom Clark's crew he's graced the stages of The Cutting Room, Arlene Grocery, Mercury Lounge, Hank's Saloon and Crash Mansion, as well as touring the southeastern U.S. and with Tom at Sine and on a major tour through Ireland.
Mr. Chesler also has a affinity for ukelailees, vintage guitars, fine cookin, fine women, and slider turtles, but not water skiing or hiking.
